  • Basic knowledge and experience in – Network, Operating system, PC/Laptop/Printer troubleshooting

  • Customer service awareness and skills are must

  • Excellent communication and inter personal skills necessary

Language Skills: 
Good command in English & Arabic (Both writing & speaking) mandatory

Desktop Support Engineer - Job Code 5

Required Candidate Profile:

  • Good experience in handling IT Desktop support functions

  • Must  have  hands  on  experience  to  install,  configure  and  troubleshoot  the  IT infrastructure equipments such as PCs, Laptops, Printers,  Networking (LAN/WAN)

  • Must  have  hands  on  experience  with  various  Desktop  management,  asset management, network security & remote access tools

  • Customer service awareness and skills are preferred

Certifications Required: 
MCDST, MCITP, MCP

Professional Qualification: 
3 year Technical Diploma / Science Graduates

Experience: 2 to 4 years
